In the time after the Old Ones were defeated and sealed away, the Elder Gods share the world with the New Gods as well as Demons and other monsters. It was during this time that the Elder God whose name was forgotten to history wanted to create the perfect monster for his armies to conquer the rest of Agnoria. The Elder God created the first Dragons to serve as war dogs in his army. However the Elder God underestimated his creation and did not realize that the Dragons had developed higher levels of intelligence and became sentient creatures. Because of their connection to an Elder God, while they weren't all the mortal, they were very difficult to defeat. The King and the God had made it so every time a Dragon feasted upon the heart of an animal or creature more powerful than itself, the Dragon would get more powerful. That was the Elder God's idea of conquering the rest of the land in his name. When the Dragons learn that their purpose is nothing but engines of war, it flung them into a rage and the Dragons, Wyverns, Wyrms and all of the Dragonspawn of the Elder God fell upon Him and ate Him.
